colab need some updates #14

Hello

these libs need to be installed before upscaling on colab
1.!pip install basicsr
!pip install facexlib

directory with path "outputPath + '/restored_imgs/'" need to be created before upscaling
and the video produced from upscaling is without sound

Updates

The requirements from the original project have been updated, so this was updated accordingly.

Fixed typos and clarified some language.

Addressing an issue where the output folder doesn't automatically get created.
