used GitHub workflows build for arm64 and amd64

SuperSlicer 2.3.57.12

Debian packages (.deb) for Debian Bullseye, arm64 and amd64.

Build Notes

  • patched latest profiles to work-around some error handling bugs (segmentation fault) in the application;
  • tweaked splashscreen code so that it paints properly on startup;
  • change the background color in ConfigWizard (Filaments) to work better with themes that use a dark menu;
  • removed the FreeCAD object generator, as it is very "alpha" and seemingly not all that useful.

Alas, my efforts to get GitHub Actions or Travis-CI to build SuperSlicer for arm64 (aarch64) have been fruitless. The emulated arm64 runner of GitHub Actions is slow, slow, slow -- too slow to complete the build in the 6-hour time limit imposed by GitHub. Travis-CI's arm64 offering runs significantly faster, but it limits RAM to ~4GB and the build terminates at about 7 minutes in when the compiler runs out of resources. Still, more memory may not help with Travis-CI since it also limits build times to 50 minutes, and I estimate that the Travis-CI build would a require an hour or so to complete.

I have built the arm64 packages with my lowly Pinebook Pro laptop. It's possible to successfully build the package on the laptop by increasing the swap size to 8GB and letting the machine chug away for about 5 hours. The arm64 assets here in this release are uploaded from the laptop build.
