Description

LOTS of changes to hydrate organization about pages and the index.

Please note that due to #872 I wasn't able to effectively run the frontend type check as I don't want to have to redo yarn.lock because of the upstream bug where we'd need to rebuild the node modules, but then that would reset the lock file and cause even more merge conflicts than this is already going to.

Will test in here and then merge in!
