feat(apps): Add Jibswap on JBC

Description

JIBSWAP is an AMM DEX using Uniswap V2 forked on JBC network
We have recently launched the protocol and have seen significant growth.
Our project has been listed on DeFiLlama
JBC is a new EVM PoS blockchain currently have more than 13k active validators
JBC has been added to [email protected]
JBC (native coin) can be traded on our DEX and CEX

How to test?

Run: pnpm dev

We do not support JibChain at the moment, so even thought you made it work on Studio, it's not going to work on Zapper.. sorry. We are planning on supporting new chains, but we haven't decided which ones yet. I'll wait for your reply, then I'll close this PR since it won't merged
