- 404 page update, add translation code - Update header, footer template part code - Minor design fixes

@bijayyadav Can you name the theme to Darken and update the PR? We can change the name later if needed, but for now, we can go with that. |
- Add translation code in all .php files - Added images license in readme.txt file

Setup a new theme for design in #111
Theme name is not finalized yet so I've named it TT5 FSE for now.
