User Creation

Steps to create user:

1. Client (user+phone) connects to sway
2. Sway sends configuration to user (including URL+port for bleepout)
3. [Future] User chooses color, otherwise color is assigned by Sway channel
4. User is shown their color
5. Paddle is created in place where we believe the user exists.
6. User points phone at the paddle and presses 'play'.
