Facial_Attendance_System_With_Hand_Gesture

Setup

1. Create a folder named data in your IDE and create a file named haarcascade_frontalface_default.xml in it.
2. Run the program/code add_face_data.py.
3. Two pkl files(faces_data.pkl & names.pkl) will be created in the data folder.
4. Create a new folder named Attendance.
5. Run the program/code attendance_system.py.
6. A file named Attendance_date.csv will be created in the Attendance folder.

Gestures

• Palm or 'p' - Takes your attendance.
• Closed fingers(Closed palm) or 'e' - Exit(Break) the code/program.
