Ok Zoomer 2.0.0

Ok Zoomer 2.0.0 is out! Here's the changelog:

This update breaks all compatibility with 1.14.4!
Added the "Hide Hands" option, on by default, it hides your hands when you zoom, just like Optifine's zoom (credits to Boterhamz for suggesting that)
Added Dutch translation (credits to HeresHavi for the translation)
Changed the default zoom factor to 0.25 to match Optifine's zoom
Fixed the license
