I am not 100% sure. I think it has to do with API compatibility. I noticed nf-core tools added it with our most recent workflow build so I thought I would just add it here. https://json-schema.org/understanding-json-schema/reference/combining |

Thank you for putting this together! FYI, the current version of Donut Falls is a pre-release, but a more official one should be available soon. |

I've made a couple of updates to the nextflow schema file here to make the parameters visible in tower and easy genomics.
