The alpine docker distribution does not allow users to pip install packages without creating virtual environments. This can be disabled using the --break-system-packages flag. The instructions have been modified accordingly.

This looks fine but could this be rebased / fast-forward merged before merge to ensure new CI job passes (It looks like it will though) |
