I was able to bring up a dev instance with docker-compose, create the database and admin set. rake test completed all 0 runs, 0 assertions, 0 failures, 0 errors, 0 skips |
Compatible with RHEL 8, consistent with Dockerfile

The CI Suite fails because the Docker Hub image is still using Ruby 2.5. Manually running the CI tests with an updated image returns I tried running the spec tests manually, after creating a dedicated non-root user and the same error came up |
