fix(ZK): Ensure ZK from quotient segment openings

Since we open quotient codeword in `NUM_QUOTIENT_SEGMENTS` many points, we need to add this many randomizers to keep the proofs zero-knowledge. Co-authored-by: Alan Szepieniec <[email protected]>
