v0.08 | bunch of changes, more in commit info

So, it's again time for update:
new logo for main menu
vehicleLower, vehicleLights, vehiclePipe, vehicleThreshing events have been merged into vehEvent
added mower, sprayer and plow rotation support
added support for attaching trailers to trailers
script modification framework for adding MP support
client/settings menu got shifted a bit down due to the new logo
removed open/close chat log messages
fixed chat input field
fixed vehicle and game controls when chat is opened
