I'm a big fan of actually owning music, but switched to Spotify a few years ago. If Spotify were to lose my information (unlikely) I would be devastated. I have found a lot of music in the past few years and even switching from downloaded music to spotify made me lose songs. Currently, the only script in here downloads the title and artist of every song in your library and saves it in CSV format. For those proficient at coding, I'm sure you could find some uses for this script...
