Simulator sends button presses on reconnect #4

Sometimes (sorry, don't know how to reproduce) the simulator will send button presses when an elevator (tested in go) reconnects to the simulator. If the bug occurs it will continue to send button presses on elevator restart until the simulator itself is restarted

I have the same problem. I have observed this multiple times when the network has been disconnected and reconnected again. Then I have had to restart the simulator again.
