MultiLayerAspNetCore is a sample ASP.NET Core application designed with a multi-layered architecture. This project aims to demonstrate best practices for structuring ASP.NET Core applications with clear separation of concerns, modularity, and maintainability.
The project is organized into several layers:
Contains controllers and endpoints for handling HTTP requests and responses.
Implements core functionality such as services, interfaces, view models, and common utilities.
Houses domain models and repository interfaces defining data access contracts.
Handles data access and persistence using Entity Framework Core (or other ORM tools).
Handles dependency injection (DI) configuration and service registration.
To run the MultiLayerAspNetCore project locally, follow these steps: Clone the repository to your local machine. Open the solution in Visual Studio or your preferred IDE.
