This indicates RELEASE_TOKEN doesn't have access to push tags for this repo.

@robbecker-wf can you verify that we created RELEASE_TOKEN in the admin settings for this repo, and gave it write access so it can push tags? Otherwise, can you share a screenshot of the token's ACLs? Thanks!
