BSD Licensed copy of Soar Suite 8.5.2

This is the original BSD licensed version of the Soar Suite. This contains all of the tcl tools, ms windows tools, complete documentation etc.

SiOO 9.9.0-ALPHA Release

This version is somewhat developed beyond the original Soar code but is just a walking skeleton at this juncture. This is really the milestone where it will never again be soar and we can step beyond the limitation of modeling human cognition.

Prebuilt 32bit binaries are in the sioo/out directory.
