Void Fog 2.1 for Minecraft 1.15-pre3

This is a snapshot update, mostly for testing. Updating is so quick though that I'd might as well release them for people to enjoy.

Changes:

• Updated to 1.15-pre3 (duh)
• Fixed black fog on the surface
