Description of the problem of launching a competition on Windows

JUnit Tool Contest Infrastructure was taken from this repository: https://github.com/PROSRESEARCHCENTER/junitcontest

Just following the instructions in the file on Windows via Docker I ran into a problem:

The problem has not been resolved. But everything works on Ubuntu.
