color management/representation protocols

This won't go out of draft or be merged any time soon, for multiple reasons:

• The protocols aren't merged yet and subject to change
• There is no infrastructure in smithay to handle the new information
• Missing docs
• Completely untested, just compiles

This is just to keep track of progress and enable easy experimentation with these.
I plan to rebase this branch frequently as conflicts should be rare.
