MpoxUK v1.0

MpoxUK is a Julia module defining the dynamic model and inference methods for the paper The role of vaccination and public awareness in forecasts of Mpox incidence in the United Kingdom. In addition scripts to use this module to recreate results in the paper are provided (see README file for further details).
