Data migration 2021-12-23 for `mina-nanostring-2021`

Summary

• mina_nanostring_2021_barcodes_official.xlsx was handed over from Erin. This is the metadata corresponding to Mina's nanostring experiments from 2021.
• It was cleaned and partitioned into mina_nanostring_2021_migration_line.csv and mina_nanostring_2021_migration_plant.csv.
• The data were uploaded using Retool Database editor, changing the tables line_accession and plant, respectively.
