Moreover I have changed this to level2 from level1. For level3 this would require dynamic notifications which will only come in effect once many people create their account here and use this platform. |

This PR enhances the notification icon by fixing its appearance. Additionally, it introduces a feature where clicking on icon will open the notification dropdown, and clicking anywhere outside the notification dropdown will close it.
