Workstation setup

1. Remove any old FRC stuff you have installed (NI Update, CTRE Pheonix, NavX, etc.)
2. Install the FRC Game Tools from National Instruments (NI). Check Slack #programming for serial number
3. Install VS Code with WPILib extensions
4. Install CTRE Phoenix
5. Install the navX-MXP Java libraries
