STAT547 Milestone 2 assignment release

Had problems with forking/branching/pull request, etc. Previous submission included repo that was not caught up to my branch/fork. Problem has been resolved, this tag release includes an updated master repo with all changes caught up to my branch.

Exploration of data was extremely crude, in part due to a messy data file - many columns were taken as characters and couldn't run correlations. Future research questions are also crude. More cleaning in milestone 2 will help in diving into data more seamlessly.
