Modernize and condense t/mail/sendmail.t and t/mail/sendmail-plaintext.t

t/data/emails/text-html-in-russian was removed because the original purpose of the test was removed in 46fd04d, after 90f9c19 stopped attaching text/html incoming mail to autoreplies.
