NPCs

To make a lot of its mechanics work, PaMa adds a couple of spells and perks to NPCs.

These are all passive - PaMa does not replace ASIS!

The file is short, and I sincerely hope it stays that way.

This excludes all NPCs named "NO TEXT" and an NPC with editor ID stupidBorkedNPC from the aforementioned distribution.

Do not use this lightly, as this will make a lot of things not work on the NPC.
