Seek v0.1 prototype release

Very first release of compiled binaries. Quite likely that not everything is working, as this release is more of a test of the release process than anything, and only the linux version has been tested.

Please note that running on MacOS (which hasn't been tested) requires some hoops to be jumped through because of the lack of signing and other requirements typical on Mac software. See this for how to run the software..
