This is an RFC to propose replacing the dependency downloading approach intended for QSL to a more Forge-like approach. It does not seek to eliminate distribution of QFAPI on Modrinth/Curseforge or remove the ability to install only Quilt Loader on any launcher.
It isn't fully fleshed out yet, but I want it to be visible so that i'm more likely to finish it soon (
I also really wanted to be able to call it RFC 69 distribution).
