We're proposing the addition of two new roles, "Assistant" and "Giftor" both roles we've had with live transactions where these participants are neither a "Buyer", "Seller", or property professionals supporting the transaction.
We're also proposing the addition of "Company Director", "Company Representative", "Trustee" and "Deceased Owner".
An argument can be made that a "Deceased Owner" cannot have the role of a "Seller" given they've passed; however, for ease of ascertaining that this participant belongs to a sale transaction, we have proposed "Deceased Owner" as a capacity under the role of "Seller".
