Install llama-cpp-python explicitly again in Dockerfile since it got removed in requirements.txt in 16f949e.

Resolves #480.
Currently at a PC with no GPU, would be great if someone with an Nvidia GPU could check and report back if it works as intended, for example @sp1d3rino, @finnishbroccoli, @chiehpower.
