GitHub is no longer supporting the old issue template format, here is this change in action live - https://github.com/thescientist13/github-templates-demo

Summary of Changes

  1. Added new issue template forms for:
    • Bug
    • Feature
    • Enhancement
    • Chore
  2. Refreshed the badges for the main repo home page

TODO

  1. Can we do something similar for PR templates? - no, looks no "form" capability per se, so the standard one should still work though with this new format
