This allows you to load multiple files in a row even when those files aren't 100% clean.
Allows modules to be loaded out of order.

Adds the ability to pass a folder and parse all items in the folders. Includes improved clearing of working flags when parsing new files and the ability to parse files that are later in the list of required items.
