应该和
value / 100的精度有关，setVolume 的用处在桌面端，所以让移动端不在初始化的时候设置音量解决这个问题，移动端一直用的系统音量，不手动设置也没啥关系。可惜 ohos 只允许调节播放器音量不能调节系统音量，永远无法与其他平台同步了
