Converted SCSS Styling to Tailwind in Cart.jsx and QuantityBox.jsx

Description👨‍💻

• Converted styling from SCSS to Tailwind CSS.
• Deleted Cart.scss and its import.
• Entire Cart folder has been converted now.

Testing

• Verified that the styles are correctly applied across various screen sizes and the component is properly rendered with Tailwind utilities.
