- re-enable RG 503 resolution support (960x544) by compiling new binary
- To solve some device's control issues, re-create all settings.dat and gptk
- Additional Korean translations
missed 960X544 resoultion patch applied binary built from f8fb001 ( https://github.com/nxengine/nxengine-evo ) gptk re-write for some devices with control issues
