A few other changes but the main one is to give Phoneboy a command line single ping option --url
Additionally I added a new option to hive-watcher so you can give it a start time and date (it's very particular about the format).
And I added a --diagnostic option which lets you produce a list of (at the moment) startup events which are generated and written to the blockchain when a hive-writer.py starts up.
This answers: #38
