First release, coming in hot! This lays down the foundations for any new functionality we'll add in the future.

At this point you can only do two things:

• Check your pending changes in the VS Code SCM tab
• Checkin all your pending changes (with a message)

You can also disable the extension via settings, which might be useful if you want to have it available but
some of your workspaces don't use Plastic SCM.
