Learn about vigilant mode. 
Fix HTML5 compatibility (#234)

- fixed date stamps to be HTML5 valid
- add `itemscope` to `<article>`

What I ommitted, but may need to fix later, if HTML5 hasn’t
included it yet:

- remove: `<meta name="copyright" content="{{ AUTHOR }}" />`
