+- Turingg 完成 API 筛查但是后续仍然需要 sunzhongkai588 确认。
+- 讨论是否把 rST 方式废弃掉，而后自动生成（具体在之后进行商讨）
+- SigureMo 为 Kaedeharai  讲解`文档的 Note 用法统一` 的 issue。
+- SigureMo 为 entired 讲解如何提 issue，还有如何添加 Overview 文档。
+- 提交 PR 最好在标题后面要增加相关描述。
+- PR 里不要出现绝对路径，这样对用户体验感差。
+- api_label 大小写不敏感的问题。
+- SigureMo 分享文档重构，还有介绍如何查看公有 API。

+
+- 将 PR 中的绝对路径删去（之后可以全局筛查一下，把绝对路径删掉）
+- 对于 api_label 大小写不敏感的问题，由 ooooo-create 完成在相关 API 后面增加 `__upper` 后缀
+- 先排查两个 API 是否参数一致，再讨论是否需要补全 test API 的文档
+- 由 entired 和 Kaedeharai 分别认领`文档的 Note 用法统一`和 `Markdown 格式的文档，表格和标题之间需要加空行`两个任务，并以快乐开源任务的形式发表 issue
+- 由 Turingg 发表关于`中文文档部分 API 的 overview 缺失`的 issue
