In an effort to resolve the Windows 11 audio issues (missing audio devices and laggy audio playback), we are upgrading to JUCE 7.0.10, a much more recent version. We aren't jumping to the latest release however, due to their lack of support for Mingw and dropping of 32-bit support.
This also changes our build system to use C++ standard 17.
