Ozone response UK.OBIE.UnexpectedError instead of UK.OBIE.Resource.ConsentMismatch. Though the expected error code is right 400

Detail: Check that once the domestic-payment-consent has been authorised by the PSU, the PISP can proceed to submitting the domestic-payment for processing.

Errors:
Test Case message: Signature validation failed: x-jws-signature header not found for Validation
Endpoint response (400): {"Code":"UK.OBIE.UnexpectedError","Message":"default: deep_equal_failed","Errors":[{"ErrorCode":"UK.OBIE.UnexpectedError","Message":"default: deep_equal_failed"}]}
