📝 작업 내용
주스탄드로 로그인 상태를 확인해서 새로고침시 로그인안되어진 상태의 컴포넌트가보여 스켈레톤을 넣었고
access토큰 밖에없어서 토큰 유지시간을 2시간으로 연장하고
쿠키내에 maxAge를 30분으로 줄인후에 maxAge를 갱신하는 방식을 채택했습니다.
