M2Doc_0.9.6: [Doc] fix the documentation.

The 0.9.6 release brings many new features :

• Sirius integration:
  • insertion of Sirius tabular representations with a new m:wtable tag.
  • refresh of diagrams before generation so that diagrams are up
  • create option for the diagram and table insertion. It adds the capacity to create a representation on the fly for the generation. Representations are cleaned after the generation and do not persist in the session.
  • Generation : addition of the capacity to modify the generated documents with user input in such a way that it is preserved accross re-generations of the document.
• User interface : this release contains a new dialog that allows to configure templates through an assisted interface:
  • variable creation/edition/deletion with some assistance to edit the type
  • meta model URI addition/removal with some assistance to get the available uris.
• Many fixes among which the support for OD Team has been added.
