Option B - Entrepreneurial Project

In this scenario, imagined for the context of our learning project, we are developing a system which needs to pay for itself somehow. We are speculating on the ultimate value of our enterprise, X-Squared, Inc. by putting in sweat equity and will be paid in stock.

Thus our motives in design may be guided by value-added for user-divers who may subscribe at one or more levels to our service. We may accept advertising from industry service companies who are highly motivated to have access to our hightly specific customers- our diver-users who, by nature, are in an excellent demographic as well to afford these companies services.

The company strategy will be to own the divers- to provide a service to them which far exceeds any competition now or later, so that all the divers will be on our platform and companies will therefore have to subscribe to that part of our system which interfaces with these services.
