Description of changes

Various quality of life and usability changes from downstream.

Why and what will this PR improve

I am not actually sure what all is being changed, but I am going to assume that map changes from people actually playing the maps are probably net positive.

would like the sec voidsuits on bearcat removed, or alternatively they could replace two of the existing random voidsuit/helmet spawners, though that isn't ideal. those suits also mitigate shocks from hacking after all.

this is the only change that feels out of place, it already spawned 3 pairs of voidsuits and voidsuit helmets. now you get 5, two of which are guaranteed to be sec voidsuits, which have major melee resistance. i get that you need armor bc of the carp but like... that's the hazard of being on bearcat tbh
