Reworked the algorithm for correcting RHI azimuths from leosphere files (the previous version worked in some cases, but not when the azimuth decreased over 90 deg elevation, e.g. from 350 to 170). This should resolve issue #104.
Committed on a branch just after Brenda initially added the combineRhi() function, since I still can't get master to build on this centos 7 server.
