There are currently no commands for Multiverse-SignPortals, but there are 2 permissions:

multiverse.signportal.validate which allows a player to turn invalid/legacy signs into valid new ones.
multiverse.signportal.create which allows a player to create new Multiverse Sign Portals (Both kinds)
