About The Pull Request

Adds the ability to construct reinforced plastitanium walls by using plastitanium on reinforced girders.

Why It's Good For The Game

I'm just doing this for a bounty but it does seem like a really nice thing to have. Being able to fix stuff like the depot and derelict nukie ship ruin.

ok you can tm it now im just a fucking dumbass and ran the wrong branch

… (generic is now hull, hull is now generic) and edits maps accordingly

Keep in mind reinforced plastitanium walls have a magic blast protection value of 20 or something crazy (atleast they do on tg and im assuming here aswell)

They do here too, I don't see any major issues I mean if people take the time to build them fair enough(also pretty sure the explosion will still hit the other side just not break the wall).

Should probably change the description from "ominous ship"
